The lord Buddha said,..Mind is the foreunner of (all evil) states.Mind is chief,mind made are they.If one speaks or acts with wicked mind,because of thet,suffering follows one,even as the wheel follows the hoof of the draught-ox.

It is very painful to inform you that Dhamma Dipa International Buddhist Academy at Manu Bankul, Sabroom, South Tripura was burnt down 2nd time on the 15th October 2010 at 11.00 P.M. (Midnight).
